"Overall it was a very nice property. My only complaint was the condition/cleanliness of the room's balcony. The room itself was very nice, but the balcony, that we paid extra for, was filthy. It was filled with leaves, trash and dirt that washed out of the planters. The door frame, siding and furniture were covered in soot. Twenty minutes of cleaning up the balcony would have made all the difference! "

"When I arrived in this hotel from a taxi, I was told that the this location has been converted to a COVID treatment center for months. This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience."

"Clean room. Front desk messed up what room I was suppose to be in so that wasn’t a great start and we got stuck right next to the pool and gym entrance so it was kind of loud. Room was nice and updated"
