"When we arrived on Wednesday evening the hallways and the bathroom in the lobby were untidy. There was tissue on the floor of the lobby bathroom and the hallways (lobby and sleeping rooms floors) had debris on them. Ice maker was out of order on the 3rd floor. The elevator was not working on Thursday morning. We reported it on our way out. We were out most of the day Thursday when we returned the hallways were clean and the elevator was repaired.
