"This property was very nice but, I have to tell you what stands out to me is the lady at the front desk. She was so awesome and friendly. She got us checked in and once we made it to our room, she called to make sure we liked our accommodations I’ve never had someone call to make sure we were happy. I don’t know her name but she was awesome!"

"I selected Hampton Inn- Richmond South during a snowstorm to reduce my commute to work. I trust the Hampton Inn brand as my job is NOT in a safe area 15 minutes away. This location was also selected because it was very close to the interstate, knowing only the interstate would be decently cleared at the height of the snowstorm (when my shift ended at work). I called ahead for a late check in and wanted to make sure my room was saved for me as I wouldn’t arrive until between midnight and one a.m. Erica helped me on the phone and said she would have it all taken care of- when I arrived shortly after 1 am, surely the Front Desk Receptionist saw Erica’s notes and that everything was ready for me. The Front Desk Receptionist was very nice and welcoming and I wish I had gotten her name. (Forgive me!) She was very empathetic about the weather and late night shift at my job. My room was immaculate and I rested worry-free knowing how close I was to work for my next shift. My normal commute is an hour and twenty minutes from a very rural area- it brought great peace of mind to me and my family that I could stay 15 minutes away in a safe area during inclement weather for work. There are several gas stations on this exit and a Starbucks and Subway are direct neighbors beside this Hampton Inn (parking lots connect). Thank you all!"

"When we arrived to Executive Inn and Suites they informed us that they no longer work with Hotels dot com and we did not have a reservation! Although their parking lot was mostly empty at 7pm on a Friday night, they didn't have anything available either. Honestly - the whole thing seems kind of sketchy. We were forced to find different accommodations immediately! Very stressful - and finding last minute accommodations for 6 was expensive. "
