Reservations for the good restaurants were hard to come by. You can’t make it over the phone nor with front desk, nor can you make the. At the restaurants, they make you walk back to the lobby at make reservations at a special table. So we went and they say sorry your reservation window is only from 11am-3pm so again we go the next day to try a get reservations and the line is around the lobby so you get to the front “sorry reservations are all booked but you can try to see what’s available tomorrow, ok what’s available tomorrow? There’s one at 9:30 we have two toddlers no way they’re making to make it that late and wait around for dinner. We then asked on let’s do a reservation 48 hrs in advance, their response? Nope sorry we only do reservations 24 hrs in advance. We tried again The next day and once again it was All booked they told us we could try just showing up at the restaurant once they opened and wait to see if someone cancels or doesn’t show up. I did not pay money to wait around for reservations all day! Our baby also had allergies so room service had limited to no options for my one year old that were wheat free they said sorry go try the buffet, so I went down to the buffet I was trying to just get a grilled chicken breast they tell me sorry you can’t get items to go here…I blew a gasket! MY BABY NEEDS TO EAT and IS screaming! I’m not going to bring him down here when I was told to come here. I took food out anyways! Rooms were outdated and faucets were broken.
