"We met great couples. New friends for life! The food was good. I didn’t like we waited for towels for over a half hour at the indoor pool. I made 2 calls to guest services and spoke to someone directly and never received towels. We ended up getting to breakfast at 10:20, and the hostest was not very pleasant. She was like well breakfast is over. We explained what happened and only after asking for manger, which she stated was not available, then me asking for corporate’s number did she seat us....

"Villa was in need of a really good cleaning. There was mold all over the shower, the floors needed to be swept and mopped, the carpet on the rooms were very dirty. The shower in the other bathroom had a leak. The railings on the steps were extremely dirty, they were so dirty I made my kids wash their hands everytime they went up and down the stairs. I've been here several times but this has by far been the worse room we've ever had. It's like they need to fire whoever "cleaned" that room."
