"We had a lovely stay at this property. The home is clean, comfortable and great for a small group. We had two families staying, 4 adults and two children ages 4 and 7. We visited just after a recent snowfall, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow both at the property, and at the local sledding hill (which was super fun!) "House was exactly as pictured, communication with owner was excellent. We were able to access the Lake Naomi membership for the duration of the rental. Quiet location with ample outdoor space and a great hot tub. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Kitchen was reasonably well-stocked, but you do need to bring towels/sheets and will likely to re-stock paper products. All in all, a pleasant well-curated stay."

I made 2 calls to guest services and spoke to someone directly and never received towels. We ended up getting to breakfast at 10:20, and the hostest was not very pleasant. She was like well breakfast is over. We explained what happened and only after asking for manger, which she stated was not available, then me asking for corporate’s number did she seat us....
