Loved this property, was very convenient and centrally located to 5th Ave. It was visisble yer ducked off down a quiet street with beach access. Pool was great, could have been a cooler temp but with those hot days in Mexico its to be expected. Food was good, only ate dinner once at the Mexican restaurant so not sure how the rest of the restaurants are. Went during seaweed time of year and the smell from it was not pleasant. Other than that I would definitely book again, maybe when the seaweed goes away. Overall our stay was great, I LOVE MEXICO and will be back soon.

This property would’ve been a five star if the beach would have been clean. There was an excessive amount of seaweed and rocks which didn’t allow us to enjoy the “supposed beachfront”. Also the smell from the seaweed had the entire property smelling like a swamp.

pool was dirty with scum marks that was there for the whole 8 days i was there. Bird poo every where especially on room balcony's every day. poor selection of food in the main restaurant. the stench smell of sea weed and bird poo was every.. day .

Great hotel experience overall. Staff was incredibly hardworking and courteous. To the bartenders and server(s). Jorge from Bella was incredible. Customer service and the beautiful Resort really made our time great.

It smelled like low tide the whole time I was there and there was a raccoon running around in the hallway. Often there was trash on the floor. The staff where VERY nice and attentive but the other guests were loud, drunk and obnoxious. Not a peaceful or relaxing location in any way.

Jaime by the pool is great. Congratulations to Christian on the well deserved promotion. Victor at the front was awesome. Alexis in the sushi bar was fantastic. Jacob, Jose, and Mariely in the buffet were very accommodating. We had a great time. Thank you all. Oh and good luck with the election, have some Monday night cervesa after the long election weekend.
