"This was a very low key resort. Nothing crazy which was what we wanted. Wish the beach was a bit better with the turquoise water. Lots of seaweed in the water. The resort does an amazing job keeping the sand clean from the seaweed. "

"I loved the pools. They were many around the hotel and all very clean. I did not like that there was so much sea weed at the beach, we could not enjoy much at the beach. Also the food was not my favorite. We decided to go out to each dinner. Breakfast was okay. Drink were great! Overall this is a good hotel, but if you're looking for quality and tasty food maybe don't get the all inclusive option and go out to eat around the town. "

"Overall an excellent hotel especially considering what passes for 4 and 5 stars these days. The rooms are very comfy and the showers are absolutely amazing! Only a few complaints: 1. Check your itemized bill carefully. There were three unauthorized charges for items in the mini fridge which I did not use at all. Still waiting on hotel to issue credit. 2. Confirm late checkout time!!! I was told it was 5:00 pm and paid extra. Only to find out on the day of leaving they moved it to 3:00...

"Beautiful property with amazing views. Entertainment and resort activities are fun and plentiful. Traveled with another female friend and felt extremely safe they take every precaution to make sure you leave and arrive safely. A lot of excellent food options. Some may consider portions small compared to other all inclusive resorts. Resort is fairly new and are working out the kinks. Greeting staff excellent, check in staff informative but not personable, wait staff at buffet excellent at...

"Very very close to the convention center. Nice beach. Loud thumping music from a near by restaurant upto like 2 am. Strange would keeping coming on with a loud noise every few minutes "

"Nice hotel. Pool water was too warm (not their fault - really hot in PV that time of year). Unfortunately for me, there was one single specific construction area - a temporary "box" sticking out of the structure which emitted extremely loud banging noises all day long, and it was directly above my room. A bit odd that the hotel was at least half empty, yet they assigned me a room right under the floor of the construction. "
