"Best thing was the pool.and sauna. Rooms need updating. Sofa beds hava a gap between the two mattresses where children can get hurt. The desk clerk was able to provide a mattress protector that we used to fill this gap so our children could sleep safely. "

"I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow . "

"Building and rooms a little tired. No air conditioning and when asked receiption about the loud banging noise in the air circulation unit was just told to turn it off! Room didn’t have the water that should have been provided as part of the room, however when questioned this was provided without question. Cleaner never came but again reception sorted for us. "We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"I did not stay at this hotel From the 11th to 15th Nov? Ibooked on Friday 9th Nov via Expedia and was phoned on Saturday 10th by The Lindum to say that the Chadwick had closed and I had been moved there. I could still find this hotel on Expedia after I received the call, so not ideal really."

"We loved the location. It was beautifully kept. Bus system goes directly to the hotel as well. Most of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Some of the staff were not kind people at all. Overall we would love to return to this beautiful and unique hotel. "
