"Who doesn’t love a newly renovated resort. Bright, airy, gorgeous views, adult pool! The staff were amazingly friendly, fun and kept us entertained. The food and drinks absolutely delish. The seafood is out of this world, ceviche, shrimp cocktail, fish tacos, everything was divine! Desserts so yummy. Awesome beach. The restaurants at the resort are awesome! "The staff if super friendly. Amazing place but the only issues are the bed is a little on the firm side for my back and slow drain issues in the shower but that’s a common issue in the area. I would recommend this hotel"

"I loved my stay at the Grand Caribe however, I was never able to access the restaurant dining options because the front desk entered my email address incorrectly and they were unwilling and unhelpful in fixing it. Naomi was very rude, she refused to put the effort into getting it corrected and acted it was like it was my responsibility to fix it when I had no idea of where to even start.
