"This is the second time I live here. If I visit Munich in future, the hotel will be my first choice. Hotel room is very clean. The reception gentleman is super professional and helpful. I did not ask his name, but I definitely shout out for him. He needs to help guests check in, be a bartender, and maintain the free coffee/tea zone simultaneously. He is an image of capable German. Hotel is very close to central train station. A lot of shops and restaurants. I strongly recommend. "

"The hotel is a boutique hotel that caters mainly for short stay and business guests rather than those who wish to spend some time there. Staff, particularly the evening crew, were lovely, helpful, friendly, responsive and appreciative that I spoke German. My room was smaller than I expected with very little storage space for clothes and luggage.
