"This is very cozy hotel in the middle of the shopping district."

"Very good value and everything you need for a home from home. We particularly liked the washing machine and the coffee maker (with a bag of coffee provided). The staff were friendly and found us a room immediately even though we arrived before official check in time"

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"We loved it!! We liked that it was a 10 min walk from Berlin Central Station. Loved that there was a grocery store: Edeka five minute walk from hotel. Staff was on the mark! Liked to pool, but the work out center needs more equipment, and no gyms close by (only down fall to the hotel). We would strongly recommend it! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit"

"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, and the shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There was also a coffee maker in the room with coffee and espresso provided for it. In the lobby, we were allowed to fill our water bottles for free. The room was clean. Reception staff were friendly too."
