This place was amazing!!! The exact relaxing vacation we needed. Our room was very nice, the staff was incredible and the resort was so entertaining! Definitely will come back soon!!

We loved how quiet it was there. It was a little outdated. Pool tiles were coming off the pool. Beach seaweed was never raked. Sky bar needed a lot of updated but had a great view. Sushi restaurant was closed and app didn’t tell us that ahead of time. Tried to order room service and did not get through to them. Tub was advertised with jets but jets didn’t work. Beach was very quiet which we loved but was also very rocky which we hated. Overall if you want a quiet stay and not picky about details this place would be good. We would go back because we are not fancy people and liked how quiet it was overall.

Staff was friendly.resort needs updated, but was very clean. Beach is extremely rocky.not convinced preferred is worth the additional cost. We expected food to be mediocre (especially with it having to be shipped to the island) all in all, it’s a decent resort, but we won’t ever come back.

1) The on-line preferred room view showed the beach right in front of the room while in reality it was a pool view and if we wanted a beach front view it would have cost us another $200.00 a day. However the room was beautiful 2) The room only had one small bottle of rum which could not be exchanged for something we drank. 3) We bought a snorkeling day for $150.00 US at the front desk which was the worst I've ever been on, they boated us out to an area with hardly any fish than dumped us off at a beach near the resort for lunch which was served out of plastic Rubbermaid containers. We ended up walking back to the resort. When we asked for refund we were turned down. 4) Never going back to a Secrets Resort and would not recommend it to anyone

The beach is terrible. Very rocky and almost non swimable. The staff isn’t too friendly or helpful. We got an early check in because we arrived at 1. Ended up not checking in until 430 because our room was being cleaned still. Food was great but took forever to get the food to the table. Small things like those mentioned made this a resort o wouldn’t go back to
