"5 star review! This property has it all! Great location (Little Italy!), close to the Tulip Festival, and a bike path right outside the back door. The suite was fully equipped, clean, tastefully decorated (monochromatic), bright, spacious. Underground, controlled entry parking. Great front desk staff- very accommodating. Only two complaints - the bed was very soft/unsupported - perhaps older than the rest of the furniture? - so much so that I felt there were two "body troughs" in the mattress....

"Never stayed at a hotel without traditional "check in" but the arrival package provided prior was perfect and easy enough to follow. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and a few extras! Gym was clean and good range of equipment. Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal so be warned if that's what you want. Great stay overall and will come again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this Sonder location. Our suite was clean, the AC worked well, and it was relatively quiet given that the location is in a central downtown area. What we didn't like: 1) parking in the hotel's garage is extra. 2) the bathroom had no towel rack. It was hard to dry towels we used, so we hung them on the bath shower curtain rod. Please, just install a $10 towel rack in each room to make it more convenient to dry towels. This would also reduce the hotel's laundry...

"We had a great time in Ottawa. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the building is well located, walking distance to all the attractions. The only downside was the parking situation. We booked this specific location because it said it had free parking available. When we arrived they told us that the parking lot was fully booked and if we wanted a space for when it became available we actually had to pay for it. They were helpful in showing us the nearest...

"Our room was spacious and quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked for everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall lovely stay. The microwave didnt work, smelled like wires were burning. Also, air conditioning didnt keep the room cool at all."
