"Cute apartment with a great kitchenette for those who don't want to eat out all the time. Wi-Fi was provided and entrance to the property was easy and I felt secure. The host has lot of little extras and tries to make your stay pleasant. There are steep stairs for any who would be troubled by that but they are very stable and have railings. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this Sonder location. Our suite was clean, the AC worked well, and it was relatively quiet given that the location is in a central downtown area. What we didn't like: 1) parking in the hotel's garage is extra. 2) the bathroom had no towel rack. It was hard to dry towels we used, so we hung them on the bath shower curtain rod. Please, just install a $10 towel rack in each room to make it more convenient to dry towels. This would also reduce the hotel's laundry...

"We had a great time in Ottawa. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the building is well located, walking distance to all the attractions. The only downside was the parking situation. We booked this specific location because it said it had free parking available.
