The hotel should tell you about the Terrace and what’s around the area. We asked questions about the metro and the tickets and weren’t provided the correct information. "We had a great time in Ottawa. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the building is well located, walking distance to all the attractions. The only downside was the parking situation. We booked this specific location because it said it had free parking available. When we arrived they told us that the parking lot was fully booked and if we wanted a space for when it became available we actually had to pay for it. They were helpful in showing us the nearest...
