"The night manager of this hotel is incredible. My plane landed after midnight on Westjet. I'm handicapped and my service attendant was horrible and stranded me at the carousel near door 2. The manager found me in my wheelchair there, got me to the hotel transport bus...got me to the hotel..got me upstairs to my room with my luggage. She was so amazing, accommodating, personable. Stay here always. I wll only stay at this hotel when in Calgary. Free breakfast was great too!"

"The staff are friendly and go above and beyond in service. The shuttle service to airport is excellent and easy to utilize. The rooms are clean, good value for money and size. The small items like shampoo is very nice and beds are comfortable. Maybe some softer linen is my only request. 10 out of 10. Great stay. That's why we are repeat customers."

"Hotel was good, bed was comfortable. Only criticisms was the hot tub and sauna were closed/out of order and there is a lack of side walks on 26th. I would suggest having a few more options for dietary restrictions (I'm celiac and couldn't eat at the hotel) in the onsite restaurants. "
