"always my go to in Calgary but one thing I noticed was the bathroom light was too dim and the only other mirror was in a dark place too, hard to get ready. Not a lot of gluten free options also on their restaurant menus"

"We enjoyed our stay. So nice to have restaurants in the hotel after a long day of shopping. The room was nice but we found it a little dark. Another floor lamp would be good and another chair. The location is great. Looking forward to our next stay."

"The night manager of this hotel is incredible. My plane landed after midnight on Westjet. I'm handicapped and my service attendant was horrible and stranded me at the carousel near door 2. The manager found me in my wheelchair there, got me to the hotel transport bus...got me to the hotel..got me upstairs to my room with my luggage. She was so amazing, accommodating, personable. Stay here always. I wll only stay at this hotel when in Calgary. Free breakfast was great too!"

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Moreover, the shuttle from the airport and back was convenient. We contacted the hotel for pick up and provided clear instructions as to were to meet. We also requested to be dropped off back to the airport at a specfic time and they were kind enough to accommodate! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Parking was good. It is not near any restaurants or shops but worked for our 3 night stay."
