"I found the climate control in the room didn't work as well as expected, it took almost 2 days to get a comfortable temperature. Next time a room above main floor would be a better choice."

"Not quite enough light for reading a book in bed(yes I'm over 75) and too much light in bathroom in middle of the night. Wakes you up completely when a low nite lite would be better. Quiet to a point but auto fans are a pain. "OFF" should mean completely! "

"The night manager of this hotel is incredible. My plane landed after midnight on Westjet. I'm handicapped and my service attendant was horrible and stranded me at the carousel near door 2. The manager found me in my wheelchair there, got me to the hotel transport bus...got me to the hotel..got me upstairs to my room with my luggage. She was so amazing, accommodating, personable. Stay here always. I wll only stay at this hotel when in Calgary. Free breakfast was great too!"

"Everything about the hotel was fantastic, place was clean and the pool and hot tub was nice. I felt bad for the front desk guy, there were some very rude people in the lobby that couldn't check-in because they didn't have a credit card. He handled it very well, and I am glad they weren't allowed to stay at the hotel."
