"I chose this specific property for my daughter's birthday because of the spa. When I arrived there was a women's congregation going on so I understand that the hotel was busy, no problem. I tried to setup a spa treatment for my daughter and no one answered the phone so I went to the floor of the spa and to find the gates pulled down and no one there. In the hallway on the table there was a sign for assistance and I had to scan the QR code to set-up or get info but all it gave me was a telephone...

"I am amazed on how great this stay was. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The thermostat broke one night and immediately they sent someone to fix it. The service was incredible. I traveled with my 9 year old, and husband, and this place was family friendly. Loved it! Would recommend."
