"This hotel is a very nice . It’s super cosy. The Aberto restaurant is excellent from breakfast to dinner . English it’s a bit problem but they compensate with their kindness. Thank you "
"It feels that you are entering into a magical place with a story , everything designed as if you are in middle europe of the late19th or first 20th cetury. The coffee is free and water is free"
"Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door.
Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren.
Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. "
"The Logos hotel is a recently renovated and rebranded hotel complex nestled in the Judah Hills. There are a number of bungalows each with amazing view of the surrounding hills. The facilities were very nice and included a small gym and sauna. The Israeli buffet breakfast was incredible and delicious. Tons of options."
"Overall the our stay was OK. We definitely won’t recommend it to friends or family.. Not value for money at all.. The food was the worst we’ve ever had.. It wasn’t made personally on demand, it was greasy and so salty, you couldn’t have more then a one bite.. The food in the buffet was a little better.. It was fresh and tasty for the most part, but always missing items - food/ plates/ glasses.. and the staff was no where to be found.. it felt like you always have to ask for the refill of things...
"The room faces a 4-lane main boulevard and trafic noise is heard day and night. Windows are not sound proof. There is limited hitel parking and I had to park outside the guarded hitel compound."
"I was staying here during 3 weeks with my father who is 81 y.o. We came to Israel for my father's green card interview. This location was very convenient for us: not far from Medical Exam Facility and around 10 minutes driving from U.S. Embassy. Hotel has good disability access and breakfast as a great option. Staff is professional and ready to help at any time. I can recommend this hotel for long stay."
"Except for the shift parking/security attendant, Nicole, who was rude, disrespectful, sarcastic unhelpful and a lier, as she refused us entry into the parking lot. She said that there were no spaces and would not allow me to check. I directly me to park outside in the public parking area reequiring me to either try again in the morning or pay for parking at $3/h starting at 8 a.m. I went to check and found Seven spaces free! She again refused ro accept that and again àqqlied stating that the...
"Have stayed there many times because the location is perfect. It is charming and comfortable. Not fancy like many other Jerusalem hotels, but perfect for a family visit."
"This was my third stay at the hotel. It is an old building with much character, friendly and helpful proprietors and a wonderful location. A good breakfast is included.
It is in no way luxurious but has everything I need and I prefer it to a large impersonal fancier place. "

"We came here in the summer for a family wedding. The staff was very caring and helpful. Breakfasts were great, location amazing, and everyone enjoyed the stay.
We just came back for another trip and so appreciate the staff. Housekeeping was a bit
forgetful this time. We overall were pleased!"

"Wonderful stay, cozy renewed room at high floor with view, friendly staff when asked for late checkout, one of the best locations in Jerusalem.
Easy parking and good restaurants nearby."

"The hotel is central and well situated where Ben Yehuda meets Jaffa Street with excellent transport links. We found the staff to be very pleasant and very helpful (especially Tamir on reception) and check in/out was straightforward. Our bedroom was clean, good sized and well appointed. There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor and an extensive breakfast available in the rooftop restaurant. There is a drinks bar in the lounge area but I would have preferred that snacks could be made available there also (I think they sometimes are). All in all, our stay here was a very pleasant experience"
