"A Perfect Family Stay at the 21st Floor Hotel – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at the 21st Floor Hotel in Jerusalem for a family vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to every need—whether it was giving us tips on the best local restaurants or helping us organize transportation. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its unbeatable location. It’s situated right in the heart of Jerusalem, and we loved how close it was to everything. Machne Yehuda Market is just a short walk away. We also walked to the Western Wall (Kotel) several times during our stay. It’s about a 25-minute walk through the beautiful streets of Jerusalem, and we really appreciated being able to experience the city on foot. The suites themselves are exceptional. We stayed in one of the family suites, and it was incredibly spacious—plenty of room for everyone to relax. The suite was thoughtfully designed with a modern touch, and the large windows gave us breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The layout is perfect for families, with separate areas for sleeping, lounging, and even a small kitchen space that came in handy. Another thing that stood out was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the suite felt fresh and well-maintained every day. "

"Super convenient location on Jaffa Street/Center on the light rail route. Clasoe to Mamilla and Old city, 2 stops on lightrail to Machane Yehuda. Extremely comfortable bed. Towels are a bit scratchy and no body lotion amenity but that seems to be standard in Israel. There is construction (as there is everywhere but windows keep most of the noise level at bay. I did not partake in the breakfast which is supposed to be great. "

"This amazing opulant hotel is steeped in history. Many world leaders & famous celebrities have stayed here over the years. The interior lounge and dinig areas are beautiful, the rooms luxurious, & the amenities are of a very high standard. Wonderful buffet breakfast, sumotuous, served by friendly professional staff. I would like to Helda & Nizar for their cheerful pleasant manner & helpful service. A wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the old city, the Mamilla Mall, and parks. "

You couldn't ask for a better location, it is surrounded by great places to eat and drink, close to the Old City, easily walkable to most places you'd want to go and close to the light rail. Really appreciate the welcome I was given by everyone at the hotel."
