"This is a great resort. The food at the restaurants and buffet are solid. I’m a foodie and was nervous about all inclusive food. Fernando introduced himself day 1 and he was available at any time. He made our dinner reservations for us every night. He went above and beyond. Not annoying or over bearing just knowledgeable and helpful. If he was my employee he would def. deserve a promotion. "The best all inclusive experience. The restaurants and amazing the service is top notch. We had a room facing the garden and we had monkey visitors everyday! There are alebrijes around the property that can take your photo and send it to your room so you can buy them at the end of your trip. The property is so huge and has lots of small little beaches where you can rent paddleboards and kayaks! The resort is also connected to the parks with free shuttles every 20 min so you can hop on and off at Xcaret, Xplor and more! This is by far the best resort i have ever stayed at and will be coming back again! "
