« The room was clean and quite nice. The staff was very kind. We tried the Friday fried fish and it was one of the best we've ever eaten. But we were very disappointed with the breakfast... We didn't know that a Continental breakfast is just a small and not various one. So, just be aware, do not have more expectations than cereals, fruit and bagels... oh, and if you don't drink coffee but tea, no chance to find it :( »

« Stayed two nights while visiting The House on the Rock. Friendly front desk, the room was clean and spacious, had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The first night it was kind of loud as we heard TV in the room on the other side, their TV must be just by our bed, the 2nd night was quiet. The coffee shop inside the barn was cozy and had a good selection of coffee and pastry. Overall nice place to stay. »

« The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. The kitchen and dining were stocked to meet our needs....

« We stayed with our cross country team for a training trip (12 young adults). The cabin provided everything we needed and more. I was a little worried that there was not an indoor dining area but with the covered deck and plenty of folding tables and chairs, we really enjoyed the outdoor setting for our meals. I would love to come back with my family as the space also seemed to be fun for all ages and was really close to 3 different parks and the surrounding area had a lot of fun outdoor...

It also had nice fenced in yard which was perfect for dogs and also to get away from the Main Street! The hosts were very responsive and helpful too. My only complaint is that we didn’t have garbage bags upon arrival. And it is on the expensive side - with additional up charges for pets and early check in. »

« The Mason Lodge was the most perfect place for our large family to vacation together! The property was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable. Loved having access to an ice maker! The outside space was so nice to gather and there were many outdoor games to choose from. We also took advantage of renting paddle boats for the day so we could fish on the lake. The location was perfect! Only 20 min to try Dells. Foxys bar is a must stop, which is right next door. Would love to stay again...

« We stayed here while attending wedding celebrations in the Viroqua area. The loft is conveniently located just 3 miles from the town. It had everything we needed for the weekend. The host even made sure there was an iron available for us. The view from the deck was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. »
