« Me and my partner stayed at the Pembroke Studios for a 2 night stay in Liverpool as we was going to watch a show on the Saturday night the hotel staff was brilliant they helped me carry my bags upto the 4th floor gave me instructions how to get to places in Liverpool it’s only 0.4 miles to the centre location was good the room was very clean and tidy would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. »

« I booked a studio room due to work commitments this weekend. Upon arrival I was told to go through all the lock boxes and just see which room was available. Owner confirmed all rooms are the same. The room had, a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe… that’s it. Kitchen was communal, as was the washroom?! Yes we had a key to the washroom but so did everyone else and we had to walk down a shared corridor to get to it. The entrance stunk of weed and cigarette smoke despite a clear “no smoking” clause...

« The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great. »
