Amazing Property Close To Beaches/Golf Course/Railway Trails

This attractive townhouse style property consists of 2 bedrooms which both contain full en suite bathrooms. There is also a queen sofa and the entire unit sleeps six comfortably. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other has one double bed and single bed and both contain flat screen televisions. Both bedrooms and full baths are contained on the upper level while the kitchen and living room are downstairs. The kitchen consists of a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave (all stainless steal), kettle, toaster, utensils, cutlery, cookware etc. There is also an island with 2 chairs and a breakfast nook with a table and 4 chairs. The living room contains a sleep sofa couch, regular couch and television.

The 1,500 square foot unit is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. There is tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and new flooring throughout the rest of the unit. There are walk-in closets, ample storage space, laundry facilities and a half bath on the ground level. The unit also comes equipped with internet and wifi, cable television, a telephone land line, towels and linen, iron and ironing board and parking. A large lawn and private patio are also available equipped with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs.

This is a non smoking unit that does not allow pets but smoking is allowed outside. As a family property, children are welcomed. Prearranged rides to grocery store and beach are available upon request. Laundry and cleaning services available upon request.

The property is located minutes away from a variety of wonderful restaurants including: the Lost in Triangle Restaurant, The Waterlot Inn Restaurant and Dock, Henry VIII, Island Cuisine, Mr. Chicken, The Wok, and The Gulf Stream. There are also several restaurants within the Elbow Beach Hotel (Lido, Sea Breeze, Mickey's Beach Bistro), Fairmont Southampton Hotel , Boundary Sports Bar and Grille , Belmont Hills(Blu and Divots) and The Reefs Hotel (Coconuts, Ocean Echo, Lounge + Terrace, Royston's).

Beaches

The unit is in close proximity to Elbow Beach (4 mins), Long Bay Beach (8 mins) and Horseshoe Bay (9 mins) Church Bay (10 mins) all by cab.

Golf Courses

The Property is approximately 2 minutes from the Belmont Hills Golf Course, , 7 minutes from Turtle Hill Golf Club at Fairmont Southampton and 15 minutes from the Port Royal Golf Course which was the home the PGA Grand Slam of Golf.

Public Transportation

The # 2 bus into Hamilton is at the bottom of the hill of the estate entrance a 2min walk and the 7 ot 8 bus is a 10min walk

The cab or electric mini cars are the best options for the area, you can move when your ready and if your not a walker you can avoid the hill

Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, Horseback riding, bowling, Railway Trail, churches.

The property was perfect for us two couples for our 5 night stay. The host, Thomasina, is wonderful and will assist with any and all help you need. She was kind enough to set up our transportation to and from the airport and also assisted with the best places to dine and venture out to. We would definitely return to this property should we ever go back to Bermuda. We rented scooters for our time there and this property location is close to lots of beaches and dining which made it convenient as we didn't have far to travel on the scooters. Horseshoe Bay Beach is less than 2 miles from the property, and Elbow Beach is even closer. All in all we had a great stay and Thomasina was a great host.

It was our first time at Bermuda. If you wanted Cart Rental (no regular cars available at all in Bermuda), you needed to reserve 24 hours in advance. Electrical carts we got and it was very small. Please avoid the big hills, wheels do not have traction and not enough power to climb and do not be on eco when going up a hill. We almost rolled backward at the property. Taxi is the best way at this property if you do not want to stress driving around yourself. Place is located at a very quiet neighborhood. We have the unit (2 bed rooms 2 full bath) to ourselves. The place is very nicely kept and fully equipped. Thomasina (the hostess) was very easily to reach and responsive. There is a book of instructions and excursions/restaurants suggestions. We tried Hitch (taxi app), that work pretty well in our opinions.

Stayed for four nights. Cannot say enough about Thomasina’s great communication! Strongly recommend her setting up transportation from the airport. She/We used Mike Levon and he was an angel getting us everywhere we needed to go prior to renting E cars and after turning them in for a ride back to the airport! Nice large space, very well stocked, very clean!

The property was located close to the Coral Beach Tennis Club which was perfect. The host was very responsive and resolved one issue with the water pump not coming back on after a power outage. Overall a great stay in Bermuda.

Host (Thomasima) was great! We rely on public transportation and buses were not as reliable as they were in past years (this was our 9th trip to Bermuda). That being said, if you have rented mopeds or other transportation, then the area is ideal.

Great base for a Bermudian holiday
The property is spacious (plenty of space for 4 adults), well-equipped and has everything we needed for a base to explore Bermuda. Thomasina was so friendly and helpful, especially when we were at risk of having to delay our departure due to a tropical storm. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk with others only a short car ride away. Grocery and take away outlets are also nearby as are restaurants.

Simply The Best
We can go on and on about how wonderful this place was to stay. The house has everything you would need. The comfort and homeliness was beyond expectations! Thomasina is fantastic! She took us for bus passes, shopping and a tour of the beaches. One day while going to the beach with our friends that were visiting, Thomasina took us to the Bach before she went to work.( how nice of her to go out of her way) this is all family that lives here and let me tell you everyone of them were beyond friendly and helpful. We felt like part of the family. Our month stay was so amazing! We will be back !! Thank you

We loved staying at this VRBO in Warwick Parish. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Clean, quiet and short walk to the number 2 bus which takes you to Hamilton with stops along the way. Thomasina was friendly and easy to communicate with. She prearranged our pickup from the airport with a taxi. We would stay here again! Thanks Thomasina!

Spacious Bermudian townhome central to all
I’ve been multiple times to Bermuda and this is by far the most spacious dwelling I’ve ever stayed in. Thomasina was super helpful and responsive to all my Qs and everyone on the property was so friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the bus or to the ferry into Hamilton so it was very easy to tour the island. The kitchen appliances were top notch, filtered water in the fridge and a keurig coffee maker to help start the day with a jolt. It even had a washer and dryer to throw in wet bathing suits or towels as needed. And the neighbours cat would make the occasional visit from the window to share greetings. Lovely spot!!

The Perfect Bermuda Experience
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy sometimes staying in high-end hotels and Bermuda has some of the best anywhere. But staying in well-kept small houses in real neighborhoods with friendly, helpful owners nearby is more often to my liking. This rental is that kind of place. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and this accomodation was absolutely perfect for us. Great house and location. Our host Thomasina went above and beyond to make sure we made the most of our time in Bermuda. If we come back for another holiday we will always stay here

Well kept home with every amenity you could need. Quiet neighborhood within a short 10-15 minute walk (on a path through the woods) to Southland beach. Also within a short walking distance to a golf course and the Railway Trail. Thomasina and her family were very nice and offered to take us for groceries or drive us wherever we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located condo served us well
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Thomasina was a great host. She was quick to respond to our questions, and recommended places to eat and visit during our stay. She also would check in on us during the day to see how we were doing. The condo was spacious for 4 adults, with everything that you would need. The neighborhood was very safe. The bus stop was right at the bottom of the hill. Warwick Parish is right in the middle of Bermuda. Whether you wanted to go to Hamilton, St. George, or the Dockyard, you were well positioned. Restaurants and beaches were not too far. We did not feel comfortable walking the narrow streets, so we relied on taxi's or Hitch (like Uber in the US). Overall, we were very happy with our stay. NOTE: With Covid, you need to quarantine until your initial results come back. Arrange to have food at the condo to tied you over until the results come back.

Well located for exploring Bermuda by bus and scooter. Railroad trail for walks and a golf course with fancy and another restaurant are just down the hill. Can visit beautiful south beaches and Hamilton and other attractions easily. Host bought us some groceries to tide us over until we got our COVID test results.
