« Beautiful space and clean cabins »

« We had a lovely time but it didn’t feel like a cottage setting. Neighbours were very close to us. The river was interesting as we watched pontoons go up and down. The firepit was nice and big. Kitchen was good but a microwave would have been welcome to warm up leftovers. If you are looking for a quiet cottage setting, this may not be the place for you. »

« Beautiful property and cottage, winter wonderland. Very helpful host. Nice hot tub but needed to treat it. Beds were not comfortable, broken. Should state to bring wood. Dirty floors and pet hair. Septic tank needed treatment as well. »

« The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. « Great property tucked away on the north shore of Head Lake. Very private. Great for young kids in terms of fishing and the paddle board and kayaks were a hit and kept them busy. Owners take great care to ensure everything is thought of. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks again. »

« Went over a weekend with couple of friends and absolutely enjoyed our stay. All my friends were pleasantly surprised with the location, view and overall arrangements that were made by the Host to accommodate us. The property had everything to offer and we left the property extremely happy, positive experience and looking forward to come back again. »

« We had an extremely enjoyable time playing miniature golf and go carting and swimming one day and fun and educational time visiting Settlers Village in Bobcaygeon, the Ojibway Centre at Curve Lake and hiking and swimming in Basam Lake Park. We enjoyed the space in the cottage and the town of Cobaconk. »

« We stayed at Amy’s cottage/home for 3 nights in August 2024 with our friends and all our kiddos. We had the best time. The cottage was layed out perfectly, with the big dining area and living room. I loved the covered porch. The fire pit was overlooking the water and you can see the sunset every night. The dock was large and could fit us all. The water was perfect.
