« We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were in town for a dance competition at the Va Beach Convention Center which wasn't far from the hotel. We needed more towels for the room. Nicole the housekeeper was efficient and got us our towels and got ice as it was in another floor. Top Tier Service. We will stay again if every in town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. »

« The place was nice but our door key hardly worked and staff had to pour hot water where you put the key in order for it to open. We needed better and more chairs in order for us to really eat in there. We couldn't really do that comfortably. I didn't know I had to go the desk when I extended my stay even though I notified staff members I had paid for it. The phone stopped working too. The room numbers were very hard to see. »
