What made this exceptional was the concierge, Arthur. He was A on everything. We felt very well received and cared for upon our arrival into the heart of old downtown Verona. I’m hesitant to share a review because I kinda want to keep this place a secret, but at the same time this hotel really deserves a positive review and recognition for being amazing. It’s an absolutely stellar boutique property with an incredible staff. When you stay here, it feels like you’re staying at a friend’s mansion in the heart of the old city.

The Palazzo Monga is a truly unique and beautiful boutique hotel. Restored to a very high level, it was undoubtedly one of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed in. The location in the centre of Verona was perfect for seeing everything easily. The concierge Arthur was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the owner Julia. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Jakub and the entire staff made Palazzo Mongo a stay to remember for all time. The boutique approach to this palace is unforgettable with beautiful decor, well-appointed presentation and a location fit for Kings and Queens. We easily walked to the magical centers of this incredible city. The staff were so pleasant in check in and check out, it was as if a good friend had taken us into their private residence. The assistance with reservations, travel, and parking helped us to simply enjoy our time without any worries.
