« Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome...

« Wonderful place, couldn't be happier or have been more perfect. Jane's communication was prompt and helpful. House was clean, comfortable, and simply perfect for this couple and a dog. Easily could fit another couple or a family with kids. Short drive to downtown. Walkable to Starbucks or Vons or to some restaurants. Joggable to pier on bikepath by ocean, walk to sunset, coffee on balcony, naps with birds chirping outside, tea by the fire. Peaceful. Simple. Beautiful. Wasn't missing anything we...

« Nice beach house for families . Our grandkids loved all the toys and especially the air hockey game in the garage. Lots of beach stuff for everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped. The host provided cookies tha was a hit!! »

« Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) « Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. »

« I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have! »

« We had the most incredible stay at "Chateau by the C" to celebrate my birthday this past week. This picturesque oceanfront beach house exceeded all expectations.
