A few mattresses were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the patio furniture needs to be replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating. « Following the devastating Palisades Fire my neighbor and I needed a place to regroup and plan for our new future. We wanted to an area close to Los Angeles and the Beach which was quiet and out of any fire evacuation area for us and our two dogs. This was the perfect temp home for us. « We have stayed in several rentals, and this one was better furnished than any. It was very comfortable and clean. The host checked in to make sure everything was right, and it was. Beds were great, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. The only complaint I had was the bbq. It was a Coleman portable and needs to be replaced, although I made it work. I still give this place 5 stars and would give it 6 if possible. »
