We couldn't get the air conditioning to work but other than that everything was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was amazing. It was a great base for our few days in Venice.

The apartment is big in size and is very modern. The bed is very comfortable. Mosquitos get into the apartment so just to be prepared. Overall a great stay with a lovely cafe on the street to the left. Would recommend here

I had an unexpected situation come up at this hotel but the lovely lady at the front desk negotiated a room for me last minute that was more than I could ever have dreamt of! The room is spacious, clean and pretty nice. It's been renovated tastefully. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that there is no reception desk at the building. check-in and check-out take place at another facility, which is not too far... a few minutes walk.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and ours even had a balcony over the canal. It was clean and the bathroom was luxurious! It was in close proximity to the San Zacharia Vaperetto stop. They provided us with a map and directions that made it so easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
