The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property. We can’t wait to return in June and again in September! »

« This property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with cooking and baking gear. The beds are comfy. Temperature control is fantastic. It’s a great location - quiet neighborhood and the waterfront is so beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. »

« We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend! »

« We were visiting for Thanksgiving and needed a place for our family to stay. It was a perfect spot for my family to unwind after visiting relatives and the craziness of the Holiday. Kitchen is amazing and had everything we needed to make pies for Thanksgiving! The beds were comfortable and the couches are great for snuggling and watching movies with the kids. We didn't use the yard as it was too cold but it looked great. »

« Cute house right on the beach....but with some privacy on the first floor. Loved the open spaces and views. »

« The accommodations were great for our family of 6. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we ran into was parking. We have a large 12 passenger van and while it fit in the driveway, our van was scratched by the tree branches. We also had a really hard time backing out of the driveway due to all of the cars parked on both sides of the street. So- if you have a larger/longer vehicle, be prepared for that. »

« We loved our stay. The place is clean, very well equipped and is full of precious little treasures that will fascinate children! Two minutes from everything on foot: beach, creamery, restaurants. We enjoyed it immensely! »

« My family & I all had a wonderful vacation & very much enjoyed the property. The inside of all 3 units was very clean, the outside trash area needed a cleanup from the previous renters… The only issue we had was the parking as it was not stated that it was on another street, but once that was figured out, it was very easy to get to our vehicles. The back yard, and beach was our favorite part, we also loved being able to walk to all the great restaurants & arcade. »
