"We have rented thru VRBO before. This was by far our best experience. The house had everything we needed (no running out first thing for toilet paper) Best of all was the Christmas tree and decorations. It really made it “home for the holiday.”The agent and owners were super communicative, let us know what and where’s promptly.I can’t thank them enough for the experience. "Overall, we were happy with our stay. We were there in the winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake. The house was great as a launch point between Boston and the mountains.The house is literally on the lake. Water touches the lake side of the house. "We went in November for a small family retreat and did expect to nor did we swim or kayak. But being on the lake, sitting on the dock and small beach was a magical way to see so many many stars in the sky. It was steps to walk into Pawtuckaway park and go in a hike. We made it to the fire tower!"

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. "It was as described on their website. Large ranch. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has everything. Outside grill and firepit. Large fenced in yard. Contacted host MANY times during our stay with multiple questions. Always returned my texts quickly. Nothing major. Just things I couldn't find or how Ishould do something. I always received an answer within 10-15 minutes"

"This property easily accommodated our quick family getaway. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. House was huge! 4 large bedrooms, 2 half bathrooms and a 1 full bathroom.
