"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view to the St Lawrence river was excellent and there was a nice balcony off the room (shared) that allowed you to sit outside. The building was a bit dated in decor. That is no issue for me. It was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful given that we did not speak any French. "

"I was greeted and made to feel very welome, as usual, by José at reception. He has been here as long as I've been coming to this hotel and he is a major reason why I keep coming back. José is always friendly and he makes me feel like a valued client. He's efficient, professional and always has a smile on his face.
