"Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time. The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor. The window leaked when it rained, so the hall floor was wet. "

"I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Vientiane— it’s by far the best one I’ve stayed at! The hotel is new and very clean, the staff is quick and efficient, and room service was great.
