"Close to local restaurants and cowes beach. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful as were the bistro staff. We had a 3 night stay and bed not made next day and no tea and coffee re supplied. Yesterday staff neglected to leave any toilet paper but bistro helped us out as we only realised this at 6:20pm. Meals is bistro a very large serving We upgrade to a different room which had two queen beds although we only needed one. Bed fairly hard and uncomfortable and bathroom cleaning...

"The room was fresh and clean but found a dirty mug and teaspoons in the cupboard. The bathroom door in room 18 was hard to open and close. I also paid $60 for chocolates but received a 340g box of Cadbury Favourites which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site is handy but not open every day. I enjoyed the spa and like that you can book the spa. Overall I enjoyed our stay."

"Room was a bit dated but very clean and spacious. It had everything I needed including a great spa and a very comfortable bed. "This is a spacious and clean property. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. There is covered parking. It is a tight spot but manageable. It has a great washer and dryer - they were spread out (one in the kitchen, one in the garage). There was no WiFi. "

"The bike tracks were excellent for the 4 and 6 year old grandkids. Maybe change the image on the website which shows an eroded path and replace with a more recent shot showing safe gravel pathway. Kids loved the resident possum who was incredibly tame and angling to get through the ajar doorway. Fortunately he/she was very quiet at night. Variety of pools was great depending on the age of the clients."
