Other than a limited number of dining options close enough to walk to, this hotel was good. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were better than expected.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. They specifically state that check in is anytime after 3pm. We were arriving on a red eye and arrived to the hotel after midnight. I also called the hotel and asked what dates to book a room with a single night stay, with arriving on a red eye. Upon landing at Fort Lauderdale airport, we were informed that the shuttle must be requested. 1 hour later we arrive to the hotel. At arrival, we were informed that “we called to cancel.” We never called to cancel. Why would we arrive at a hotel reservation if we “cancelled.” Then their story changed to, our payment declined and they had to cancel it and “tried” calling us. Here we are, family of 4 with two little ones coming off 6 hours of traveling off a red eye flight with no hotel room. They couldn’t keep their story straight, denied us a room because they were booked and also denied us a refund. They had terrible customer service, incredibly rude, not accommodating, barely spoke English. We were charged the 1 night stay, no refund, no apology. Complete fraud!
