"The Village Center at Big Sky was one big luxurious stay. The staff especially were exceptional from check in to bell hop service to cleaning. Without exception the staff were friendly, extra helpful and just happy. The facilities were top notch with ski in/out, free use of laundry facilities and supplies, hot tub, walk to everything. Would definitely love to return. "

"We had a nice check in, a nice room, very quiet, very clean. We were not happy with the breakfast: the toaster was broken (one side of it), no plain cream cheese, the dispenser for the Maple Syrup for the waffels was not working, the butter was hard as a rock,nobody cleaned the tables after use. Nobody seemed to be responsible for the breakfast area. If it was the guy working at the check-in (he was wearing a hoodie, sorry, not professional for such a nice hotel!), he was watching the entire...
