She looked it up and couldn't find our reservation. I gave her the reservation number from Expedia and their partner site said Reconciled - Reservation Cancelled. "So as I entered the hotel room, the first thing I did was go to the restroom. Immediately upon entering the bathroom, I saw stuff laying on the floor of th shower. It was some hair of a private nature. It was definitely not mine as I just got there and it was the wrong color. I also for some of that hair on and around the toilet. While this was gross I am a grown adult and realize stuff happens. I didn't report it due to the minimal nature. The real issue was the damn noise!!!! Almost no sleep...

"Shawn, in the main office, checked us in and was very welcoming and courteous. He gave us easy directions to our cabin for the night and was very thorough with our checkout procedures. The room was very warm and cozy and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of travel.
