"Older property which has had some cosmetic upgrades (paint, carpet, etc) but is in need of some capital improvements. Room was clean and quiet with comfortable bed and decent shower. For the price it’s a good value. Note: property is advertised as “pet friendly” but there is NO pet relief area. Would stay again as a stopover on a longer trip "

"My husband and I were in Roanoke for the Blue Ridge Foot Levelers Marathon. The Comfort Inn was clean, comfortable and neat. Service was outstanding as we had an issue with our reservation but the manager and front desk worked with us to resolve our issue. "

"I selected a handicapped accessible room because of me daughter's needs. The check-in staff removed it saying that 3rd party reservations often requested it routinely. When we got to the room and it was not accessible we called the desk and they did move us to what we requested."
