"There was mold and other stains on our sheets along with over a dozen cigarette burns in the comforter. When we asked the gentlemen that checked us in he said he couldn't even get into the linen room for "fresh sheets" as he was only covering here and they didn't leave him necessary keys. Upon checking out I mentioned these problems and received a loud emote then saying she would report these problems, but a week later I have heard no response from the hotel. "
