"The hotel itself is nice, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was very difficult, since their garage was full. They could have informed us that there was a public garage about 100 meters from the hotel, so we didn’t need to struggle to find a spot on the busy surrounding streets. The room was ok and clean but very small. It is possible to walk to the city centre but it is a relatively long walk - about 40 minutes - and involves lots of steps."

"The hotel is conveniently situated and all the main areas of the city centre are only a short walk away. All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. "

Check in info was sent into spam folder unlike the confirmation mail, and the contact number was on answering machine. Troubled sleep as other ppl came in slamming doors and screaming at midnight and 3.30am, no one to pay the 2.60€ fee so I left it with the keys at self check out."
