"Great value hotel on the edge of the town centre.Parking on site.Lovely big bathroom with plenty of towels and a great shower. Tastefully decorated.No bar on site but a fabulous bar across the courtyard working in liaison with the hotel. "Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The hotel was able to fix issues without interrupting my trip which I appreciate. "

"Good location. Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Happy stay! The only problem was that I paid CHF10.9 for the city tax as per hotel. But in my booking document I only need to pay AU12.45 for city tax plus tourism fee at the property. Ibis asked me to contact my booking agent who only said I need to pay the city tax. It was very confused me as my booking said I need to pay AU12.45 in the property but now I must pay CHF10.9 ( nearly AU20 ). My advice is if city tax needs to be paid in the property, please write in the local currency. Thanks!"
