"The house was perfect for my daughter and I, and would have been great too had we brought the whole family. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in the SLC. The hosts were great amd easy to work with. Definitely recommend!"

"The house had enough room and parking spaces for our family. The house is located close to the airport and grocery store. We loved the heated floors. The basement had plenty of gaming tables for the kids to use. The only thing that could have used extra instruction was how to use the screen in the theater room. Overall, great place to stay. "

"Apartment has a bit of strange layout but property is as described. No frills but great bang for your buck. I would have loved to see a toaster in kitchen and upgraded bedding comforters and better toilet paper and carpets cleaned or replaced but it met our family’s needs. "

"We went to tour the University of Utah and also wanted to get to know SLC and the home was well situated for both. The first day, we walked in to the city center and had lunch and did some shopping. The rest of the time we drove but it was pretty well located for our needs. The home itself is well decorated and just really nice to spend time in.If you stay in this house and need your morning coffee, be sure to stop on your way to pick up coffee and cream. "The owners have done a fantastic job renovating an older home. The yard—front and back—is immaculate. The backyard is the real draw for this property—grill, hot tub, seating, combo basketball/pickle ball court, lawn, and garden. I would highly recommend it to families with children. Great place to relax outdoors while the kids play."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It truly is a “perfectly located bungalow”. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Groceries are within 5 minutes. Great city attractions are close by. We enjoyed the Hogle Zoo and Tracey Aviary this trip. There is a great dog park close by and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. This location will definitely be my first choice the next time we stay in SLC. "

"While this house is very close to a main road, it was close to everything we needed. The venue our event was held at , restaurants and shopping. Each room has its own climate control which was a huge help. We only stayed for 2 nights, but Brandon was easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The view out the front windows was spectacular!! The mountains around there are breathtaking. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back next year. "

"I needed a quiet nice place with room for me and my family to take my elderly mom to an eye surgery. This place was perfect in location right off of the main salt lake City Street State Street and the host team was amazing with recommendations suggestions and helping everything go very smoothly for my lodging."

"Quick trip to visit our daughter. Property was extremely clean and well-organized. Host responded to our question very quickly. Highly recommend a walk to Eggs in the City for breakfast!"
