"Good location and very clean home. We didn’t use the hot tub unfortunately, but that is a bonus. The only negatives were the late check-in (5pm) and cleaners showed up at 9 when checkout is no later than 10. Other than that, it worked great for the five of us and I would return!"

"We stayed here with co workers, and I was stunned at how beautiful this property was. The pill, jacuzzi, the wet sauna, and dry sauna were all fantastic. The house was very modern, yet so comfortable, with beautiful views of the Salt Lake valley. This place would be perfect for a small group doing a fitness or yoga retreat, or just friends or family looking for an amazing getaway. The communication from the handyman, Roger, was so great, and he was always available to answer any questions, etc....

"Apartment has a bit of strange layout but property is as described. No frills but great bang for your buck. I would have loved to see a toaster in kitchen and upgraded bedding comforters and better toilet paper and carpets cleaned or replaced but it met our family’s needs. "

"Met my brother inlaw and daughter (goes to Utah University) for a Thanksgiving week. We really enjoyed this house as it was centrally located and near the Trax park and ride. We went to a Utah football game, a Jazz basketball game and of course had a nice Thanksgiving meal. The house was clean and large enough to give all of us our own rooms. "

"John’s place is a great and affordable option when you have a large group of people that you want in one place. It has everything you need including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer lots of toilet paper, plenty of kitchen cooking supplies and plates. It is an older property, but he keeps it clean and well stocked. It is also very close to lots of shopping and the freeway. John also had a very detailed binder to get you acquainted with the area. He was very accommodating and...
