"Truly outstanding staff at this hotel. Great variety of restaurants on site and the river jetty on site is extremely convenient for hiring boats for a cruise or to cross the river to the West bank. We arrived early on a flight to Cairo and left on a later flight and the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating an early checkin and late checkout. Transportation and guides are very easy to obtain both with the help of the hotel and without. The rooms and pool area are spotless and the location on the Nile is superb."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little oasis on the west side. Close to all the sights on that side of the river but also close to the boats that can take you to the east side with all the other temples. The hotel was in good condition, we really enjoyed the courtyard! The food was good, breakfast was a buffet. The pool was great too, even if a little too chilly for me (we went in early March). The staff asking for tips was not necessary, but everything else was great. Our room (family of 5) was spacious and everything was clean. The mattress could have been a little softer ;) but we all survived ;) "

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "

"The hotel is a garden oasis by the Nile. It has a gorgeous rooftop biew of the Nile, there are organic gardens, fruit trees, and beautiful flowers all around, with multiple outdoir areas to dine. The food is amazing and freh, and often picked from the gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Mohammed Ali gave amazing service and always went out of his way to make the guests' stays marvelous. "

"Ahmed the hotel manager could not do enough for us. Everything we requested was no problem. He sent us a tour guide Mo who was excellent he was passionate about his home town Luxor and was very knowledgeable. Budget hotel with excellent staff. Would definitely recommend."
