« Such a nice, clean property. The bathroom was spacious, loved the shower. Great working kitchen. Close parking. It was a little hard to locate the property after dark. Good thing Google maps worked! What I liked best was sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains & the clouds over Lake Arenal. We loved our time here. »

« I rented the 1 bedroom condo in building 2 for 2 months. The view of the lake and volcano are simply amazing. Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. « Overall, we found the property to be neat and clean. It was plenty large for our needs. The area is beautiful, but a vehicle is necessary to go anywhere or do any activities. The property manager (Carla Rojas) was helpful when we needed anything. Check in seems to run in the after hours manner even when the office is open. A good place to relax and enjoy the views. »

« The condo was clean and looked exactly as listed! It was well located and was perfect for seeing stuff on the west side of Lake Arenal. However the air conditioning and WIFI did not work. We reached out to the host and the property office via email and no one responded. Not having WiFi made it very difficult to make plans and figure out where things were. May consider staying here again but only if those issues are corrected. »

« I think the place has great potential, the view is great, has great access and location. A bit breezy, but I liked that. A couple appliances did not work (Stove and coffee maker), probably not reported to the manager, as I mentioned it to a employee and a maintenance company was there promptly the next morning. The kitchen is nice, although sparcely outfitted. The bedroom would be a lot nicer with a dresser and a place to hang clothes. Wifi was good. The bathroom felt more like a laundry room...

« I am from Québec this Was the first Time on Costa Rica. Soient 12 Days and my vert 1 st stop Was this super condo. Easy to find but we were prepared. No one greets you but Was not necessary. Could of had moré Dish clothes and soap. The pool Was a great steep Walk and lots of winds..but what a view. Spacieus and clean. And Nice restaurants Near by. »

« This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned.
