Le Champlain apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Royal Dalhousie building. Comfortably seated in the living room, you can relax while enjoying the view of the majestic St. Lawrence River.
Have fun looking for artifacts such as the safe, the antique fireplace or the wooden cabinet with carved dragons throughout the apartment.
There's plenty of room in this open-plan apartment for your group of six to eight to enjoy an aperitif before strolling the historic streets of Petit-Champlain, just a stone?s throw from the hotel!

The spacious and oversized apartments at the Royal Dalhousie have generous windows offering a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River and Place des Canotiers. An ideal place to have your coffee, get together for a happy hour or admire the fireworks on festive evenings. The Royal Dalhousie apartments with free WI-FI connection have huge common areas such as a living room with HD smart TV and HD receiver. A large dining room to enjoy your meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge, stove and 30-inch dishwasher), small electrical appliances (double coffee maker, toaster, food processor and slow cooker), cookware and cooking utensils. kitchenware, cutlery and glasses. Sumptuous individual and comfortable bedrooms with, for the most part, a complete adjoining bathroom with shower and bath. Towels, hair dryer, personal hygiene products, ironing board and iron, washer and dryer, everything is there! A park, a high chair and a folding bed are available on request.

Amazing, spacious unit with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, gorgeous views of the river, and great central location. Roof top deck was an added bonus for enjoying wine and cheese outdoors with city and river views. We all agreed it was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at!

Excellent apartment!
This apartment was amazing! We had 6 people staying with plenty of room to spread out! We could have easily had 2 more people on the Murphy bed if needed! The soaking tub was the best part of my experience since we stayed over Christmas! It was within walking distance of almost every place we wanted to go! They even provided us with a real Christmas tree to celebrate. We ate Christmas dinner together in the dining room! The manager was easily reachable for any concerns. The parking lot was spacious and attached to the building. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying in the area. I can’t think of one thing that I would change!

It’s a wonderful property in the perfect location. There are more high quality restaurants within walking distance than anywhere else we’ve been. If you enjoy shopping, you will be in heaven. Pierre and Gregoire are great hosts. What surprised our group is that the apartment is much larger than the photos show.

Fantastic apartment
I recently stayed here with my sisters and father. Lilliana, Pierre and Gregoire were so welcoming to us. This trip was to celebrate my father finishing chemo treatments and we could not have had a better stay. The flat is more beautiful in person! We enjoyed the rooftop patio as well. Thank you to Lilliana for setting up a very early morning cab ride back to the airport for us. They are very gracious hosts and we would love to return!

Great place with a couple of small dislikes
First, let me say that the location is amazing. You won't find a better place assuming that you like being in the lower town and don't mind going up the hill often. Next the place is family owned and run and the family is often on site. They are more than wonderful and helpful. The roof deck is a delight and was a perfect setting to watch fireworks over the river. The apartment itself is very very spacious and has lots going for it. Our only issues were as follows: The primary bedroom has only a tub with a handheld sprayer. Though charming, this is very inconvenient. It should have a shower. Next, the floors were somewhat dirty. Walking around barefoot or in socks, we got dirty feet pretty often. Not a deal breaker, but it could use a good mopping. Lastly, the kitchen needs updating. Though plenty good for storing milk for your coffee or having snacks, if you want to cook in it, it is not great. They supply some pans and utensils, but they are not of great quality. There is little counter space. The stove is very small. Overall, a great place that I would definitely book again. I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could.

College girlfriends reunion/60th birthday trip
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful penthouse condo. The place was very comfortable and we loved having our own rooms/bathrooms. Pierre and Greg were so kind and helpful. The condo is in such a great location with wonderful views of the St. Lawrence!!! We all want to return with our spouses and other friends. Will definitely recommend to others.

Delightful stay in Quebec City
Our family of 6 had an amazing stay at Royal Dalhousie! The property was as described/pictured if not better. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager was gracious with our arrival time and very pleasant to chat with. We highly recommend this spacious apartment for your next stay in Quebec. The apartment is located within walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. We had a wonderful visit! The beds were very comfortable made up with nice linens. This is a beautiful and spacious property (even nicer than the photos). It is in a perfect location: the heart of the lower town, right across from the river, and steps from numerous charming restaurants, shops, and of course the Musee de la Civilisation. The hosts are gracious, caring, and responsive. The building is very accessible for those with mobility issues thanks to the elevator. The kitchen is well-appointed, making group meals a breeze. It was perfect for our two families plus kids, and we can't wait to return. Can't say enough good things!

What a wonderful week we had in Quebec City!! Our hosts were so accommodating in every aspect. Great restaurant selections, called taxis for us, helped us find our way around Lower Town. We can not thank them enough! Hats off to Liliane and Pierre! Absolutely Wonderful!!
