She texted me the morning of our first day to say the cleaners finished early so feel free to check in early. She also let us check out late as long as the place was not booked. « Wonderful cottages and positive customer experience working with Leah. The location is prime, within walking distance to the beach and near all the food places downtown Cocoa Beach. The house is fully equipped and the hosts paid attention to details. The backyard with the gas grill, fire pit and hot shower is perfect for family meals and post-beach activities. The brand new LG washer and drier are nice additions and were handy after walks and beach visits. Will definitely come back! »

« We had a wonderful family vacation and got to see a launch right from the beach. We are from Cape Cod so enjoyed the ocean and the pool even though that may be too cold for some in December. The Melbourne Beach Market right within walking distance was a plus as we never really had to drive anywhere. We did visit the zoo and space center as well as andretti thrill park. All a hit with the grandkids. Hosts were great and we will definitely stay here if we decide to return to the area. »
